By uploading content, you grant Outfit AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. AI Analysis and Recommendations

Outfit AI provides AI-powered analysis and style recommendations based on your uploaded images. These recommendations are generated automatically and are intended as suggestions only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the suitability or accuracy of these recommendations.

6. Digital Wardrobe Feature

The Digital Wardrobe feature allows you to catalog and organize your clothing items. Please note that Outfit AI is not responsible for any discrepancies between your actual wardrobe and its digital representation.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate laws
  • Posting or transmitting harmful or malicious code
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Engaging in harassment, abuse, or any harmful behavior towards others
  • Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or adult content

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Outfit AI Inc. and its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or other intellectual property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. If you choose to delete your account, all associated images and AI analysis data will be permanently removed from our systems.

In no event shall Outfit AI Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

By registering for an account, you agree that we may use your email address to send you marketing communications, app updates, and other related information. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
